Refund policy
If your item is defective or damaged please contact us via email with your order number to request a refund. For a refund request to be accepted, the item must be unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
Please be mindful that jewellery will tarnish or break if not treated with care as suggested on the care cards provided with each item.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Email us at sharon@sayyaydigital.com explaining the reason for your return.
- If your return is accepted, please ship the item back to the return address on the original shipping label.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you get it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds & Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be eligible for a refund or an exchange. If you would like to replace the item with something else in our store we will send you a coupon for the amount of your refund. If you would prefer a refund, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
